When you book in on one of our services we keep a copy of your personal data (first and last name, contact number & email) on file for the duration of the phone repair process. This is to allow us to contact you just in case something goes wrong or we need to alert you of any changes mid repair. We also use your email to send you a receipt/proof of service for your own records (optional).

Once the repair has been completed we will ask you if you would like to keep your details on file for the convenience of re-booking at a later date.

 

If yes, details will be held securely and locked away until you (the customer) contact us again. If you (the customer) decide to change your mind after a repair feel free to contact us and we will delete your details on file.

 

If not, we will delete all information we hold about you on file within 24hrs. If you would like to re-book you will be treated as a new customer as our systems will no longer recognise you.

All of the payments made to us online are secure and sent via PayPal which is encrypted. We have no access to your payment information and thus the amount debited from your account will always be in line with the amount displayed on the service you have booked into.

We also accept card payments in person. These payments are processed via SumUp and securely taken via a SumUp card reader (controlled via iPhone). This payment method does not store any information about you on the card reader, app or iPhone. We may however email you a copy of the transaction if ordered.
