Our industry-leading 12 Month Warranty is something to make noise about.

We source only from 
quality-first vendors ensuring your device feels fresh after service. Our three-stage testing process triple-checks maximum compatibility with any part(s) serviced, concluding with a meticulous functionality point-check.

Because of this, we cover all repairs and services for up to 12 Months*, protecting you from manufacturing faults and/or technician error (however unlikely).

Safeguarding our services is important to us. Without this, we wouldn't be doing right by the Solfixit name.

What about accidental damage?

Accidental damage is not covered by our warranty. We class accidental damage as:


- any form of liquid damage
- any form of physical damage (including but not limited to; cracks, smashes, dents or other visible physical damage).
- reasonable wear

 

In addition, opening and/or repairing the device yourself or via a 3rd party will void your warranty with us. To ensure the quality of serviced parts, we place warranty tabs inside your device.

 

Please understand that our warranty is not an insurance product thus, we are unable to cover any fault that is not classed as a 'manufacturing fault' or 'technician error'.

I need to claim on my warranty!

If you need to make a claim on your Solfixit warranty, please contact us via your preferred contact method.

You will need to show proof of service and provide photos of the condition of the device.
Successful claims can take 5-10 working days to be fulfilled.

I've voided my warranty, can you still fix my device?

We get it, accidents happen. If the damage falls outside of what's covered you'll have to re-book any required repairs. Once fixed and tested, we'll renew your warranty at the point of replacement.
